Price does not include; underground reroutes, sprinkler repairs/capping, sod replacement, grading, landscaping, or furniture. Sloped yards will require more materials and costs would be determined at that time. Standard access for tractor means 8' width from dump truck to pool, height adequate so the tractor can fit.
We will need your Property Survey (given to you with your closing papers) and pictures of the back of your house as well as the locations of both your electric and gas meters. We will come out to your property to meet with you or if you're not available, we will go take our measurements and check for access for our tractor.
